That is why we have been emphatic that we shall not discriminate whether it is Madam Chelimo who is 35 years old or Sam Ongeri who is over 70 years old. This is important because I heard hon. Jakoyo Midiwo speak in regard to what has been called on the political leadership in this country to relinquish their positions.
