    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I stand on a point of order for guidance on a matter that has been going on and which has been occupying the media when we were on recess. This is the issue of separation of powers, with specific reference to Parliament. Of late, we have seen the Judiciary raise so much about Parliament by bringing in orders halting the work of different Committees. I just wanted guidance on how we can deal with the issue since it is affecting most of the work in this Senate and even in the National Assembly. I think it is time; when we were going on recess, I remember very well that we also talked about it, but we said let us give them time; maybe they will change. But I think when you look at the activities that are happening, it is becoming worse and I think, as a House, we need to deal with it. So, I just need guidance on how we can deal with it and maybe even give Members an opportunity to ventilate about it.
