(Dr.) Khalwale, he mentioned the Governor for Nandi, Dr. Cleophas Lagat and yet I am not aware if his Committee has summoned him and the Governor has refused to appear before the Committee. Mentioning Nandi County together with the counties where the Governors have refused to appear before his Committee suggests that the Governor has refused and yet I know that if my Governor was summoned, he would appear before the Senate. Could he be clear on that?"
