    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, with your permission, let me conclude and say this: The reason that the Constitution gives timelines even in a Presidential petition is for the nation to know where it stands. However, when a court adjourns a matter of great importance - I remember you standing up in this House and declaring the seat of the Governor of Embu County vacant as of 12.00 midnight; that night, when we made a decision. Without a reversal of that, the people of Embu are forced to have a Governor they do not wish to have at this point in time. This is the danger that I speak about when I am referring to dictatorship at whatever level. I thank you and thank Sen. Elachi for bringing this important Motion."
