    "content": "Motion or by way of passage of a Bill has legal effect and therefore, we hope the Committee on Implementation should be able to tell us where we are. We have passed a number of very good Motions, and I hope this one more Motion will go a long way in putting together the good record of the Senate in the area of Motions and in the area of Bills which we now are happy to note we have had a bit of traffic during this session.
