    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I want to thank the Mover of the Motion for giving me two minutes and also congratulate her for bringing this timely Motion here. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, in an ideal situation, we should not be talking about children having children, but today we are in a world where this is happening. In fact, in the recent statistics, out of the new HIV/AIDS infections, a third of them are of people aged 14 to 24 years. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, we, as a country, are dealing with a big crisis.
