    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it depends on the specifications of the contract. I want to appreciate Members of Parliament and members of the public. This is because they always compare one road to another without realizing that specifications of the road under construction could be lower or higher than the other one. However, we do not condone shoddy work amongst our contractors, hence what I said earlier about the two pieces of legislation that will assist us in dealing with such contractors."
