    "content": " Hon. Senators, the last time we debated this Motion, the last speaker was the Senate Minority Leader, Sen. Wetangula. As the Senate Minority Leader, he has one hour for Committee reports. He exhausted three minutes and had 57 minutes left. From the look of it, the Chair, Vice-Chair or any Member of this Committee are not in the House. I think we will do them justice by deferring this Motion and not disposing of it without giving them the benefit of replying."
