(e) The measures taken by the ministry following several road contractors suing the Government for failing to honour the contractual agreements and particular delays in making payments for works completed. (f) Public-Private partnerships in the construction of roads. (g) Progress on the proposed legislation for classification of roads as well as devolving the transport sector to county governments. (h) Progress on land acquisition and compensation to pave way for the construction of the Standard Gauge Railway. Please, create time to attend this particular meeting. I guess as you have heard this afternoon, the matter of the Senator from Kiambu should also be included.
