The Speaker of the session last week, having so ably misled us in spite of protestations that this matter be taken to a vote at a later time, there are two things I want to know. One, what procedure shall we adopt to rescind the decision that was made last week because that remains a record of this House? Secondly, what action is this House going to take against the Deputy Speaker to express its displeasure for the incompetence that was displayed on that day?"
