    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, for closing that very ugly incident that occurred here. But in my opinion, it is not just enough to just close the issue. I am not challenging the Chair, but the Standing Orders give the Chair powers. The Chair in his wisdom should now extend his powers beyond the closing to also the requirement of the Standing Order requiring the withdrawal of the remarks.
