    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, this officer was a Chief Inspector. He was found drunk and disorderly. Later on, he was transferred from his previous station. After the transfer, we said that he had to appear before the Disciplinary Committee to appeal. If he will not have appealed by the time the Disciplinary Committee will be sitting, then we will not be discussing the officer. The only advice I can give to my good friend is to ask that officer to appeal so that he gets his rank back. In the process that the Disciplinary Committee sits and gives him a hearing, that is the time he can be reinstated as a Chief Inspector or he can still be retained as an Inspector. Expecting me to promote somebody through Parliament without the Disciplinary Committee listening to his problem will not be good."
