    "content": "It is the ordinary people who eat anything and everything. When you start taxing food that is meant for the ordinary man, you are hitting the people that you are supposed to protect. This is not right. I support this Bill whose time has come rather too late because the assemblies have been sitting on the edge for the last two years. With the passage of this Bill, I have no doubt that acting responsibly, they will be able to legislate, oversight, act without fear or favour but with decorum, respect for the rule of law and for themselves and those who have come before them to assist. With those remarks, I beg to support."
