    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, before I go into the details of this Bill, for purposes of understanding, this Bill has 13 chapters. There is no chapter that says that children should be provided with condoms in schools. It is important that I highlight this to the public for understanding. It has no aim of destroying or making situations worse. It has the advantage of preventing. If implemented to the letter, all these high statistics of unsafe abortions, child mortality and maternal mortality will be a thing of the past. Many people have done something about it. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Jubilee Government for providing free maternity care in public hospitals, but that is just a policy. This Bill shall, if passed, make it law, so that whichever Government that comes into place, it cannot decide to flush down the gains that women have fought for, for a very long time.
