Sang meant is that the speaker is giving us details that we are not sure whether they will be included in the law or whether she is just explaining procedures of how the process will be conducted. I expected the details she is presenting here to be tabled on the Floor of the House. The booklets she is showing us are scientific details that should only be accessed by doctors. We are expecting details about the law."
