    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the TSC for approving the posting of two teachers. What I am not sure of is whether there is assurance that these two teachers will report on duty. This is because Lokiriama and Lokipetot primary schools are located in very remote areas in Turkana County. The problem that we face in these areas is insecurity and poor infrastructure. Therefore, accessibility is also a problem. What assurance can you give us that these two teachers will report in Lokiriama and Lokipetot? The Chairperson says there are eight teachers in the school, but three teachers are yet to be posted. When will these three teachers be posted?"
