The matter being raised by the Senator for Kilifi County came up yesterday when we were doing consultations with the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. The entire Ministry officials were here yesterday. When this matter was brought up, the Cabinet Secretary challenged Sen. Madzayo to substantiate the fact that a particular ethnic community was being favoured in that department. So as not to leave anything unclear, could that answer come with the full breakdown with the number of employees in the Ministry giving their names, county of origins and ethnicity as provided for in the Constitution of Kenya?"
