    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. My point of order regards obeying the rules of this House. As a Whip, I must make sure that the rules are obeyed and they work. When the Chair was on his feet, Sen. Adan crossed over and started talking to the Senator over there. We had to even shout and tell her: “Freeze, the Chair is on his feet!” Would I be in order to request the Members to try and obey the rules of the House?"
