    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I seek the indulgence of the Chair because Motions Nos. 8 and 9, listed on the Order Paper speak about the same issue. The substantive Motion now is Motion No.9 because we have dealt with the Makueni issue in Motion No.8. The issue we need to deal with now, seriously, is Motion No.9. My kind request is: Would it be possible for Senators to shorten debate on Motion No.8 so that we discuss and deliberate on Motion No.9 as the substantive Motion?"
