According to the letter tabled here from the Attorney-General, the Banking Fraud Investigation Unit was directed to carry out further investigations. In this regard officers from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Co-operative Development and Marketing, the CBK and the depositors--- Thereafter he was supposed to send back the file to the Attorney-General for further perusal and advice. That was in February 2007. Has that been done? Has the recommendation of the Attorney-General been complied with, or are you waiting for Kenyans to rise up in arms and take the law into their own hands?"
