    "content": "I do not see any Standing Order that requires the whole Senate to become a committee to interrogate issues that have not been assigned to it. Secondly, we know that the Committee on Devolved Government has been having discussions on Makueni and Isiolo counties. They should be tabling a report to us so that we interrogate the issues. If all of us went to Makueni and to Isiolo to look into these issues, then we would not have the benefit of foresight and insight."
