(Dr.) Kuti is out of the country, but is also aware of this Motion. This means that this is a problem that is known by all the leadership in Isiolo. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I also do not understand when the Motion says:- “The Senate directs the Sessional Committee on Devolved Government to expeditiously inquire into the matter.” Are we saying that the usual procedure that was supposed to have been done by the county assembly of petitioning the Speaker of the Senate was not done?
