    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. I would like to contribute to this Motion by hon. Ochieng about the boda boda business in this country. It is worth noting that many of our young men are currently in this business. There is unemployment in Kenya. At the moment, we are finding even graduates buying boda bodas for survival. Therefore, this Motion by hon. Ochieng is timely because it will help the young men who are in this business to get training and licences."
