The boda boda has now become a very important informal mode of transport not only in Kenya but in East and Central Africa and many parts of the world. Boda boda transport has challenges and that is why I support this Motion by hon. Ochieng; we should develop a policy as a Government which will help us solve the problems and the safety issues surrounding boda boda transport."
