    "content": "On the various approaches on the road as it is supposed to be, they seem not to understand. So, this Motion should be built into a Bill and brought to the Floor of this House. I feel that hon. Ochieng would have done Kenyans proud. That way, we can remedy the situation that is happening on the ground. We will make it a better way of living by our people."
