    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Motion. I think time has come for us men to stand and say that we need to be considered, especially when we look at the funds which the Government has set up. We see the Uwezo Fund, the Youth Enterprise Development Fund (YEDF) and the Women Enterprise Development Fund (WEDF) and then we ask ourselves: Where are men aged 35 years and above?"
