I think with all the various funds that have been managed here, the only issue has been the way they have been brought about. This is because Kazi Kwa Vijana came up as some kind of political statement from the leadership. The same applies to the YEDF and the WEDF when the National Alliance Rainbow Coalition (NARC) Government came to power. The Uwezo Fund was something that was not expected.
