    "content": "The President has shown that the Government of Kenya which he leads has unquestioned commitment to the Constitution and that it does not merely pay lip service to the lives and the property of our people. He said that when he was vying for this Presidency- those of us who watched the Presidential Interview with the likes of my good friend, the former Prime Minister, Mohamed Dida, my good colleague, Martha Karua - the matter before the ICC was a personal matter. I am sure many including the bull fighter, my good friend, the Senator for Kakamega, kept on shouting that it was his personal matter. I want to say that the President has proved to all including my good friend, the Senator for Kakamega, that indeed, he kept his word. He said before the elections that the matter before him in the ICC was a personal matter; he would go and do it and he would not drag the 40 million Kenyans or the sovereignty of our nation or the Constitution of the Republic of Kenya."
