    "content": "Hon. Members, I further wish to draw your attention to the second page of the Order Paper so that we do not have complications like the one raised by hon. Ken Okoth. Hon. Okoth had not looked at the Order Paper. I will read it:- “THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No. 97(4), the debate on the Motion of the Address of the President shall be limited to no more than five minutes for each Member speaking, twenty (20) minutes for the Mover in moving and replying and twenty (20) minutes for the Leader of the Minority Party.” Hon. Members, before we transact that business, I wish to recognize the following institutions in the galleries:- Kongoni Primary School; Visa Oshwal Primary School and Our Lady of Nazareth Primary School, all from Nairobi County; Sabit Primary School from Pokot County; Primary School from Nandi County and Mongusi Primary School from Turbo Constituency."
