    "content": "Valley, including myself were excited but there is customer value proposition and the President knows exactly what he wants come 2017. What the President did was that he was playing politics. When His Excellency the President came back the excitement in Rift Valley was overwhelming. Hon. Speaker, I do not know whether you are aware that you are supposed also to have been given power to be the Deputy President at that time because the Constitution is very clear."
