There is food shortage and the President should have addressed that. He should have said how his Government is prepared. Are they prepared to fight the famine which we will experience next year? He never addressed that. In addition to talking about The Hague, I expected him to talk about that matter. This is because when he called us, we knew that he was going to talk about The Hague."
