"content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also rise to make a few comments on the Address of the President just before he left for The Hague on 6th October. In the Address, the President meant to relay to the Republic of Kenya, through the National Assembly, his decision that he would make it to The Hague. Besides letting us know of his decision, he also touched on several other issues. I would like to congratulate him because before he made that decision, many people were very worried about what choice he would make. However, whatever choice he made, was acceptable to both sides; that is both the Jubilee side and the CORD side."
