    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, our roads are in very pathetic state. A few highways have been done but not all Kenyans have access to them. The last issue I would like to talk about relates to the IDPs. If you look at Nyanza, you will find that the IDPs who ran from all over the country, and even the ones in Uganda, were integrated into the Nyanza community. This is because we are a very social people. Their problem has never been sorted out. I think the Jubilee Government should do something about the over 350 IDPs who are still unsettled. When will they settle IDPs from other areas? I think it will be in the interests of everybody that these IDPs are also settled."
