    "content": "One of the counsel of the prosecution went as far as requesting the court to adjourn the case until the next general elections. What does that tell you? It means that there is no evidence. As I contribute to this Motion today, I want to say, as the hon. Member for Kajiado Central, that I was one of the Members who encouraged the President to respect the summons. However, as it stands now, I will be the first one to say that the President of Kenya will never again appear in that court for obvious reasons. The court did not present evidence as to why our President should appear before it. Hon.
