    "content": "Thank you hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity. First of all, I want to thank this House for establishing the Committee on General Oversight. For somebody to come and want to slight that--- I disagree with the Chairman of the CIC. He is either being narrow on purpose or being too narrow so as to really hold a position like that one. Let me ask: Where is he when the Transition Authority (TA), in my mind, performs so dismally? The law that put the TA in place actually indicated that the CIC should also assist and guide it in implementation of devolution.
