    "content": "What a better platform to showcase what the Government is doing than before the leadership of the country; the Assembly of the nation here seated. So, it surprises when there are confusing thoughts around this. The General Oversight Committee is a committee to deal with those matters which, in my view, are cross- cutting. In the education sector, for instance, we have this issue relating to the teacher-student ratio and of course, the shortage of teachers across the country. How beautiful would it be for the Cabinet Secretary in charge of Education to come to this House and together with the Assembly of the nation here seated, proffer a permanent solution to that? I expected the Cabinet Secretary to say, if it is the problem of money, this is the House that budgets and appropriates money, could we have this amount of money? As the leadership, we proffer solutions to such matters at once."
