"content": "People of good intentions can share different positions. My friend, Pricilla Nyokabi has just said that she does not believe that we should have politicians as Members of the Cabinet and Members of Parliament as Cabinet Secretaries. Others have lauded Charity Ngilu, the Cabinet Secretary for Land, Housing and Urban Development for showing that she has nothing to fear and she understands the role of Parliamentarians as the voice of the people or the elected representatives of the people to play oversight role over her. She had no fear and she showed up here. That is why I brought up the issue of the referendum. This could be a serious referendum issue to be added there."
