We really need to look at those Standing Orders that have been proposed before and sanctions as high as, perhaps, I would propose Kshs500,000 be imposed. You refuse to show up and that is the first strike. I know some people have said that it is extreme to go to impeachment right away or commence removal proceedings of Cabinet Secretaries who decide not to co-operate with the National Assembly.
