Temporary Deputy Speaker, with those few remarks, I must say that this House is a serious institution for this country and our Cabinet Secretaries should find a way to organize themselves. I think it is very considerate considering the House is even giving them the questions before hand. It is a proper way to do it and I am proud that we have done it that way."
