    "content": "Under the new Constitution, a situation where the National Assembly has 349 Members, it was considered that questions did not constitute business of the House. The real business of the House started after Question Time. Under the new system, we went to the Committee system. My understanding is that when we constitute committees, we are supposed to have people who have professional strength in the areas they will be supervising Government on.
