When I came to the Chamber this afternoon, I expected - although I sit in the Rules and Business Committee (RBC) - that this House would discuss important issues like paying tribute to one of the greatest scholars ever grown from the African continent; Prof. Ali Mazrui, whose passing on brings down the curtain on one of the most illustrious intellectual and academic lives ever lived in our country or even the issue of Makueni."
