I said that it is a Motion that ought not to be here and that is different from procedural issues. Secondly, I am entitled to my opinion that this is not a Motion worth debating in this House when we have more serious issues like paying tribute to the late Ali Mazrui or discussing the confusion in Makueni County or the Bills on the Order Paper. I encourage my colleagues across the Floor to stop displaying short fuse and listen to me. I have hardly said anything!"
