It is in order to criticize the Motion before the House – I hope that is not a criticism on the Office of the Speaker – for two reasons; first, the Motion is before the House and secondly, there is no Motion to discuss a very respectable gentleman, Prof. Ali Mazrui, and thirdly, you also have a responsibility as a Member that if you wanted us to discuss Prof. Ali Mazrui, you should have brought a Motion and maybe we could discuss it immediately after this one. So, whereas I uphold the freedom of speech, I think it is also important to realize that every Motion that is before the House has been brought by the Members through the RBC in which you sit.
