I agree and as I said before, for us to have arrived at that particular Standing Order which required Cabinet Secretaries to report to this House, you were actually trying to find a solution to a very difficult circumstance. There are people in the Executive who seem to be uncomfortable with the Standing Orders Hon. Speaker, Cabinet Secretaries must be held accountable. They must be accountable for their actions, they must be held to account and they must be accountable for their actions. It would be good as a House to tell the nation that it is not the Speaker or the Leader of Majority Party who makes Standing Orders. The Standing Orders are property of this House.
