Temporary Deputy Speaker, coming early as it is to the extent of regulating security investments analysts, I think we are starting early to appreciate the role that this sector plays in our economy and to understand and underpin it through the legal grounding. This is so that we can inculcate professionalism but above all, we can encourage those Kenyans who want to go into this sector to undertake it knowing that the letter of the law is there to protect those who want to pursue honest careers as securities and investment analysts."
