I want to support the sentiments of Leaders of Majority and Minority Parties on this Bill. I want to thank the Committee chaired by my good friend, hon. Langat, Member of Parliament for Ainamoi Constituency, for coming up with a very special Bill concerning our business environment. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, a country without highly developed financial sector and good policies on securities and investments can never move forward. That cannot be gainsaid. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, if you Google and see the operations of New York stock Exchange, London Stock Exchange; Johannesburg Stock Exchange and, of course, the Nairobi Stock Exchange and Securities, you will see volumes of money being traded in that area.
