    "content": "So, this is timely. Again, I want to join my colleagues by saying that we must also be able to have penalties for those who are going to flout market regulations. That is because when people invest, they need to have sincerity and trust. We need to trust those who can assist us to invest in a company and make money. When you go to other countries, especially West and East, the reason why people invest in the stock exchange is because they have confidence. During breaks, people are able to look at the market price for their commodities or investments. Is the price fluctuating, going up or going down? Then, at the rate at which you find that the price has gone up, you can contact your securities company and have your shares sold so that you can make some profits out of them."
