    "content": "I think if we set up a fund for men who are between 35 and 60 years of age, we are likely to get these other funds performing well in terms of repayment. It is important that we support this Motion, so that men get this Fund. I do not want the terminology that we use that indicates that we should have a fund encompassing all people. I think the youth and women have already benefitted, and so we need to have a fund which targets men between the ages of 35 and 60 years for us to experience a positive impact. With those remarks, I support the Motion."
