    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Motion. There are a few things that I want to say with regard to this Motion. First of all, is the way this Motion is worded; that this House is urging the Government to create a fund encompassing people of all ages and gender for development of entrepreneurial skills. All ages including one-month-old child? How can we create a fund to give money to a one-month-old child?"
