As the Mover and Seconder have put it, indeed, it is true that the cost of flying in Kenya and in the region is really exorbitant. If you look at the number of Kenyans who have had an experience of boarding a plane, they are very few and insignificant. I am actually reminded of a country that I used to work in 2008, that is, Papua New Guinea in the South Pacific where people would actually board planes without shoes.
